Celeste 101 Care currently provides domiciliary care for adults aged 25 and over in Medway, Kent.
Our support is planned around each person’s assessed needs, preferences, routines and goals.
We can provide support with personal care routines such as washing, dressing, grooming, toileting and continence support, while maintaining dignity, privacy and choice.
Our aim is to provide the right level of assistance while encouraging people to remain as independent as possible.

Household Support
We encourage people to develop confidence and independence with everyday tasks.
Support may include guidance with routines, preparing meals, maintaining the home and other practical activities identified within the person’s care and support plan.
Daily Living Skills
Before support begins, we take time to understand the person’s needs, preferences, routines, abilities, communication needs, risks and desired outcomes.
We then develop personalised care and support arrangements with the individual and, where appropriate, the people involved in their care.
Support is reviewed regularly so that it can respond to changing needs.
